Booked the continental breakfast with toasting as alternative to fresh buns, coffee served plus lookwarm coffees, it was satisfactory. The location was prime, not too far from a wide canal.

I appreciated that hotel had good location and rooms.

The hotel had a central setting on right on st Mark's Square. Also, it was walking distance to a cathedral church.

The hotel was functional and clean inside, I loved it. Its personnel was pleasant and welcoming, no reason to complain.

Spent my time lovely here, I loved the place. The breakfast was included. The hotel had a central position so close to shops and many restaurants and San Marco. Again, the property was near a grand showpiece square.

The service was outstanding, the food was fine. The bed was extra large and it was great having coffee/tea making machines, electric outlets and netflix. The workers were useful! Fast check in and easy check out.

We had tasty breakfasts with lookwarm coffees and a coffee machine that made lookwarm coffees, as example, and had dinner at the nice restaurant on-site. Everything was simply perfect.

Optimal location, extremely helpful staff, lovely beds, excellent breakfast, exceptional value. Wooden furniture and personal bathroom, air conditioning, WiFi and terrace in the room. The pool was good too.

I loved staff and rooms mainly. Good sized beds, netflix and electric outlets were a nice touch. The beach there was astonishing, the hotel was located near the shore. The view was cool, the pool available onsite.

The rooms are relaxing and relaxing, the staff is friendly efficient. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, Wi-Fi and thick blackout curtains. Healthy breakfast, decent service. Great riverside location and lovely plunge pool.

The location was absolutely superb, the room was ordinary with an unbelievable view. Attentiveness and care taken by bkfast staff made it all perfectly fine. Breakfast was freshly cooked and frequently replenished. Complimentary drinks at cocktail bar, efficient service. Town hotel in a very very nice area of Venice.

This is an euro so clean hotel providing quirky rooms. Cozy location - very close to chiesa di san zulian church. There is the point that it's very close to the heart of the city. Welcoming staff that were more than helpful.

Very good value for money for Venice. Staff was fine, and facilities were good here. The views from our quiet bedroom were superior. Variety of coffee, butter, fruit, bakery and bread at breakfast. Hotel was centrally located and had a very stylish decor.

We had a very lovely stay, so no complains at all. Hotel staff was just normal and property was quite clean. A fabulous a la carte restaurant was open on site. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in San Marco district. The smooth check-in too.

Its location and facilities were perfect, and for us everything was good. Liked the food at their on-site restaurant Antichi Splendori. Reception staff was LOYAL.

ideal location and acceptable prices. we would still consider staying here again if we go to venice.

The convenience of getting to st mark's campanile and being very close to the bridge of sighs. All in all a GOOD experience. Lovely views.
